A cocktail napkin is a five-inch square of soft three-ply tissue, quarter folded with a coined embossed edge that keeps the layers from splaying when a wet glass lands on it. The stock is absorbent enough to catch condensation through a long cocktail hour without pilling onto the glass or the bar.
