Every room already hands out a piece of branding, and almost nobody thinks about it. A napkin gets picked up, turned over, read while a guest waits for the next round, folded into a pocket, and photographed by accident in half the pictures anyone takes that night. In most venues it is a blank white square from a supply catalog, which is a strange thing to leave to chance when the alternative sits on the same shelf.
So we print the other version: your logo, monogram or date on the size and weight the service actually calls for, in a stock color chosen against your linens, proved to you on a true-size template before a single sheet goes on press. It arrives boxed flat and labeled by design, and it does the same job the blank one did.
Why we exist
Printed napkins are usually sold two ways, and neither one serves a buyer well. There is the broadline supply route, where a napkin is a line item next to gloves and straws, nobody asks what size the service needs, and printing is an afterthought handled by whoever answers the phone. And there is the stationery route, where the artwork is lovely, the minimum is enormous and a single reorder takes a month of emails.
We do the third thing. You choose the size, ply, fold and stock color for the service you actually run, our designers lay out your mark for free — redrawing it from a photo of your menu if that is all you have — and you see it on a true-size napkin template, folded and open, with the fold lines and safe area drawn in. Nothing goes on press until you have said yes, and the minimum is 12 pieces, so testing a design costs you a small batch rather than a season.
The other half of the job is memory. Your approved artwork, stock color, ink and foil call-outs, size, ply and fold stay on record, which is why the case you order eighteen months from now comes back the same as the first run. That consistency is what a beverage director or a venue coordinator is really buying, and it is the part most suppliers quietly cannot deliver.
